First Stage. History of my complaint so far: 23.01.2012

1] Complaint made via BBC Complaints webform including a link to a web page where the 24 page complaint was posted PLUS cc to ecu@bbc.co.uk
as my complaint runs to 24 pages A4 with links to additional complaints originally made about the 2007 911 Conspiracy File on which the 2011 follow-up was based. I affixed my covering letter and 24 page complaint as attachments to my mail to ecu@bbc.co.uk.

2] I sent my covering letter and 24 page complaint by recorded delivery to BBC Complaints PO Box 1922, post code DL3 OUR. My concern was that BBC staff may not collated the two separate e-mails as detailed above.

The numb of Mr Webb's response was acknowledgement of the link I sent for the detailed complaint on an external blog: " link to an external blog"

However for reason not communicated, Mr Webb did not access my detailed complaints.

4] Responded to Mr Webb via BBC webform with first part of my 24 page complaint. I asked for confirmation that this had been received before completing the transmission of my complaint. I received no confirmation.

7] Received response to my reminders from Alison Wilson who had not read or accessed my correspondence to BBC Complaints/Stuart Webb as she was manager of the 2nd Stage Complaints procedure.
Reference CAS-1073766-ZZ7NXH was quoted to my complaint which is registered on the BBC Complaints Database.
